What you need to know about the Coquille Loyalty Program :
Credits can only be used for direct bookings with the Hotel;
Credits can only be generated or used when you log in to the Reservation System. A short registration is required.
Credits can be used for any booking, during any available period;
The credits must be used as part of the payment for a new booking;
The usage window is between 5 and 180 days, meaning it can only be used after 5 days from checkout and up to 180 days after its creation. After 180 days, if not used, the credits will be lost.
Cancelled reservations also cancel any credits generated by them.
Using credits issued by the hotel does not generate new credits.
