Our hotel has a 24-hour reception. However, daily rates start at 2:00 p.m. (check-in). Check-out, or departure time, is until 12:00 p.m. on the last day of your stay.
This is very difficult during peak season. During periods of lower demand, this may happen occasionally. However, we can only confirm this on the day of your arrival - if the apartment is already available a little earlier, we can arrange an early check-in. Depending on the time, additional fees may apply.
It depends on the type of daily rate booked: We offer daily rates without breakfast, with breakfast and with half board (breakfast and one meal). In addition, almost all hotel services are included (the only ones not included are bicycle rental, body-boards and other outsourced services, such as taxis or transfers).
Our pool is heated, with temperatures ranging from 28ºC to 31ºC. It is not covered. However, it has night lighting, which, combined with the air conditioning, allows for delightful swims even at night.
Yes! We have a recently renovated (2022) Steam Sauna. It is next to the Games Room, on the same level as our Swimming Pool.
From November/2024 we will start offering half-price daily rates that include, in addition to breakfast, a dinner served in a self-service buffet. Drinks, desserts or appetizers are not included.

Yes. We usually ask for a deposit of 50% of the amount for the desired period. The total amount can also be paid in installments by credit card. The deposit is required to guarantee the availability of the apartment on the day of arrival.
Of course. But in this case we cannot guarantee that there will be an apartment available.
We offer a free stay for children up to 7 years old, per apartment, accompanied by their parents. If necessary, we can set up a crib for your baby.
Yes. Remember that this may be necessary during the trip to Ubatuba (as it may be requested on the road by a guard).
We have a very short time to prepare the apartment for the arrival of a new guest - just 1 hour. If the apartment you are staying in is already booked for someone else, this will not be possible. We can of course check this possibility on the morning of your departure date. Late check-out (departure after 12:00) may be a courtesy or, depending on the time, may incur additional charges.
Yes! But only small animals, up to 45cm tall and weighing a maximum of 15kg. Always check availability in advance: We only have four apartments with a balcony to accommodate your pet. An additional R$50.00 will be charged per day.🐩

No. But unfortunately we have been targeted by fraudulent websites that associate our name with other brands, which are also victims of these fake websites. These websites have claimed to have agreements with us that do not exist. We do not accept titles from any hosting club.
Yes! We are not always able to list all apartments available for booking on partner websites. Therefore, by speaking directly to our Reception, you will be informed of all apartments available for the period of your booking. In addition, we offer lower prices with additional discounts for payments in cash (via PIX or bank deposit in cash) for direct bookings with the Hotel.
At least 10%. But it can be higher, in some Packages reaching 12% or more.

Ubatuba is very popular in the summer, between December and March, and also on holidays. Prices vary depending on demand. The earlier you make your reservation, however, the more attractive prices you will find, as we offer discounts for reservations made 30 days or more in advance, as well as additional discounts that vary depending on hotel occupancy on the dates chosen.
Our prices also vary depending on the category of apartment chosen.
