Where is the Hotel Coquille located?

Hotel Coquille is located approximately 250 meters from Praia Grande beach in Ubatuba, on a dead-end street next to the Atlantic Forest.

What time can I check into the hotel?

Accepted Answer

Our hotel has a 24-hour reception. However, daily rates begin at 2 PM (check-in). Check-out, or departure time, is until 12 PM on the last day of your stay.

Can I arrive before 2 PM?

Accepted Answer

During peak season this is very difficult. During periods of lower demand it may happen occasionally. But we can only confirm this on the day of your arrival - If the apartment is available a little earlier, we can arrange an early check-in. Depending on the time, there may be additional fees.

What does my daily rate include?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the type of daily rate contracted: We offer daily rates without breakfast, with breakfast, and with half-board (breakfast and one meal). In addition, almost all hotel services are included (only bicycle and bodyboard rentals and other outsourced services, such as taxis or transfers, are not included).

Is the pool at the Hotel Coquille heated? Is it covered?

Our pool is heated, with a temperature ranging between 28ºC and 31ºC. It is not covered. However, it has night lighting, which, combined with the heating, allows for delightful swims even at night.

Does the hotel have a sauna?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We have a steam sauna, recently renovated (2022). It's located next to the games room, on the same level as our swimming pool.

How does half-board work?

Starting in November 2024, we will be offering half-price daily rates that include breakfast and a self-service buffet dinner. Drinks, desserts, and snacks are not included.Please contact us beforehand to find out if this option will be available during your stay.

How do I book?

You can book by phone (12) 3835 1611 or by sending us an email (to reservas@hotelcoquille.com.br or via the form on our website). By clicking on the "Book" tab on the right side of the website you can already fill in the dates of your stay and check the available apartments and prices. ➡️

Is a reservation deposit required?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We usually require a 50% deposit of the total cost of the desired stay. The total amount can also be paid in installments by credit card. The deposit is necessary to guarantee the availability of the apartment on the day of arrival.

Can I go to the hotel without a reservation?

Sure. But in this case, we can't guarantee that an apartment will be available.

Is there a courtesy for children?

Accepted Answer

We offer one complimentary stay for children up to 7 years old per apartment, accompanied by their parents. If needed, we can set up a crib for your baby.

Do I need to bring my son's documents?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Remember that this may be necessary during the trip to Ubatuba itself (as it may be requested by a police officer on the road).

Can I leave after 12 PM?

We have very little time to prepare the apartment for a new guest – only 1 hour. If the apartment you are staying in is already booked for someone else, this will not be possible. We can, of course, check the possibility on the morning of your departure. Late check-out (departure after 12 pm) may be offered as a courtesy or, depending on the time, with additional charges.

Does the hotel accept pets? Is it pet-friendly?

Yes! But only small pets, up to 45cm tall and weighing a maximum of 15kg. Always check availability in advance: We only have eight apartments with balconies to accommodate your pet. There will be an additional charge of R$ 50.00 per day. 🐩For more details, see our Pet Policy.

Does Hotel Coquille participate in any Hospitality Club?

No. But unfortunately, we have been targeted by fraudulent websites that associate our name with other brands, which are also victims of these fake sites. These websites have claimed to have agreements with us that do not exist. We do not accept memberships from any hospitality club.

Are there advantages to booking directly through the hotel?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We can't always list all available apartments for booking on our partner websites. Therefore, by speaking directly with our Reception, you'll be informed of all available apartments for your booking dates. Furthermore, we offer lower prices with additional discounts for cash payments (via PIX or bank deposit) for bookings made directly with the hotel.

How much of a discount do I get when I book directly with Hotel Coquille?

A minimum of 10%. But it can be higher, reaching 12% or more in some packages.

Does the hotel have an elevator?

Accepted Answer

Our hotel is located in an area with uneven terrain, and therefore some accommodations and common areas are only accessible by stairs. Currently, we do not have elevators or... We have ramps in all areas. Access to the restaurant and leisure area involves climbing stairs. or steps. Access to most apartments is also possible. If you have reduced mobility or require any specific assistance , please contact us before making your reservation. We will be happy to offer you the best option available under our current conditions.

Ubatuba is very popular in the summer, between December and March, and also during holidays. Prices vary according to demand. However, the earlier you make your reservation, the more attractive prices you will find, as we offer discounts for reservations made 30 days or more in advance, in addition to further discounts that vary depending on hotel occupancy on the chosen dates.Our prices also vary depending on the category of apartment chosen.
